📌 What is the TVET Initiative?

The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Initiative is a flagship program of the Federal Ministry of Education. It is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.

🎓 Start Your Journey to Skills, Jobs, and Entrepreneurship

The initiative offers two flexible training options to suit your background:

🛠️ Short-Term Certificate (STC) Programme

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Ideal for: First-time trainees, school leavers, or those without formal education
  • Entry Requirements:
    • ✅ Valid NIN
    • ✅ Valid BVN
    • No prior education required

💡 Vocational Education & Innovation (VEI) Programme

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Ideal for: Individuals with some prior training or education
  • Entry Requirements (any of the following):
    • ✅ Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
    • ✅ First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
    • ✅ Non-formal education certificate (NGOs, religious institutions, etc.)
